不正侵入者は、非常に巧妙な手口で入り込もうとします。例えば、お客様からの苦情メールに偽装した場合です。もちろん、メールアドレスも偽装してきますから、そんなメールを受け取った場合、思わず開いてしまうのではないでしょうか。実験によると、およそ70％の方が、反射的にファイルを開いていましたということです。
このことから分かることは、知人から送られてきたような安全と思えるメールほど、実は気を付けなければならないということです。ウィルスソフトが守ってくれる！と思っている方も多いでしょうが、侵入後に利用者によってウィルスを起動されてしまっては、さすがのウィルスソフトも手も足も出ません。メールのやり取りを行う場合、必ず電話にて確認を取るや、必ず電話にて連絡を入れるというFAX時代に行っていたような方法が、ビジネスルールになるかもしれません。
